Richard David

Rick is co-founder of Red Bridge Partners. He is also principal of Red Bridge Development, LLC, an entrepreneurial real estate firm engaged in hospitality, parking and urban infill projects.

Rick began his career at Wells Fargo Bank, after emigrating from South Africa to the U.S.  He has had 30 years of professional experience, in international banking, real estate, trade finance and business law.

Rick holds an MBA degree from the Darden School of the University of Virginia, and a JD degree from the University of San Francisco. He is a member of the California State Bar and a licensed California real estate broker.

Jeff Durtschi

Jeff is principal and co-founder of Red Bridge Partners. He began his career with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. Jeff moved to San Francisco in 1990, expanding his investment banking experience in corporate finance with the Credit Suisse Media, Telecommunications and Technology Group. Jeff has 25 years of company formation, strategic advisory, business development, operations, investment management and capital markets experience with startup, growth stage and large companies.

Jeff graduated with a BS Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Utah School of Business.
