Red Bridge has a 21-year history and depth of experience in acquisitions, development and redevelopment of commercial real estate. Our first project was the Pacific Shore Hotel in Santa Monica, CA, which was later converted to the renowned Viceroy Hotel, the flagship property of the Viceroy Group. Subsequent hospitality transactions cover a wide range from Holiday Inns and Best Westerns to Hiltons and Sheratons.
We were instrumental in the acquisition of a Best Western hotel in San Francisco from a private seller, and the subsequent conversion of the property to a Wyndham Vacation Resort. Currently Red Bridge is engaged in land acquisition and ground-up development in selective destination resorts.
In concert with our other businesses, we have expanded our acquisitions efforts on behalf of clients to include data center, multifamily, retail and office assets. In doing so we are taking advantage of market conditions in the post-2008 economic cycle and our unique relationships. These include close ties to senior bankers and REO decision-makers; we anticipate an increased flow of transactions and an easing of lending to the best borrowers as the cycle continues. Red Bridge is positioned to help our clients bridge the pricing and financing gaps, which have thus far restrained this market.
